Complete Tree Services in Pace, FL

1. Hazard & Emergency Tree Removal

Pace’s rapid growth means many homes are built close to existing native pines and water oaks. Florida’s high humidity and sandy soil can weaken root systems, turning leaning trees into major storm hazards. We safely take down high-risk trees of any size using precise rigging and low-impact equipment.

2. Precision Tree Trimming & Pruning

Keep your trees healthy and storm-ready. We trim back heavy limbs hanging over roofs, power lines, or driveways, raise canopy heights, and remove deadwood to improve sun exposure for your lawn while minimizing wind resistance during storm season.

3. Complete Stump Grinding & Removal

Old stumps left behind by past owners or storm clearing aren’t just eye sores—they invite termites, carpenter ants, and invasive fungus right next to your home. We grind stumps below ground level so you can replant grass, install a fence, or lay sod.

4. Lot Clearing & Overgrowth Removal

Planning to build a shop, install a pool, or clear brush along a property line? We provide complete brush clearing, minor land grading, and vegetation management across Santa Rosa County.

Recent Projects in Pace, FL

• 60-Foot Leaning Pine Removal (Near Fence Line): Safely dismantled and lowered a dangerous shortleaf pine wedged between two properties in a new Pace subdivision without damaging neighboring fences.

• Water Oak Canopy Reduction: Pruned heavy overhang away from a roofline in the 32571 zip code ahead of hurricane season, preventing roof damage and improving sunlight to the lawn.

• Backyard Stump Elimination: Ground out 4 large hardwood stumps left in a backyard, completely prepping the lot for grass sod installation and a new pool deck.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you haul away all the wood and debris, or leave it at the curb?

We handle 100% of the cleanup and hauling. Unless you specifically request to keep firewood or woodchips, every branch, log, and twig is loaded onto our trucks and hauled away. Your yard will be clean and safe before we leave.

Are you fully licensed and insured to work in Pace and Santa Rosa County?

Yes. Unlimited Lawn and Tree Care is fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial tree work in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to starting any job.

Do I need a city or county permit to remove a tree on my property in Pace, FL?

In most residential areas on private property in Pace and Santa Rosa County, tree removal permits are not required for standard hazard or dead tree removals. However, if your property is governed by an HOA or lies in a protected wetland zone, rules may vary. We can help guide you through the process during your free estimate.

Who will actually be working on my property?

You deal directly with Isaac and our experienced local crew. We do not hire random daily laborers or hand off your project to unvetted third-party contractors.
